YouTube video

Scope

This procedure applies to the Barihab XS and XKS tables that display E01/E02 error codes.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure the table has power and no visible physical damage to its components.
  • Users performing this reset must be trained in mat table operations and safety procedures.
  • The table must be free of obstructions under and around it to prevent further triggering of safety mechanisms.

Tools and Equipment

  • No additional tools are required.
  • Access to the mat table’s control panel with visible “Seat” and “Table” up/down buttons.

Procedure

Step 1: Identifying the Reset Need

  • Observe the digital display for error codes E01 and E02 cycling back and forth.
  • Verify the following conditions to confirm a reset is needed:
    • The table does not move up or down when pressing the table buttons, producing only a beep.
    • Other parts (backrest, seat, and leg plate) may still function.

Step 2: Performing the Reset

  1. Reset the Seat:
  • Place your thumbs on the up and down arrows for the Seat. Press both buttons simultaneously and hold them down until you hear a series of beeps.
    • If no beeps occur, release the buttons and repeat this step.
  • Once the beeps stop, release both buttons.
  1. Reset the Table:
  • Move to the up and down arrows for the Table.
  • Press both buttons simultaneously and hold them down until another series of beeps occurs.
  • Once the beeps stop, release both buttons.
  1. Press Table Down During the Intermittent Beep:
  • After completing the previous step, an intermittent beep will start (lasting 5–8 seconds).
  • During the beep, immediately press and hold the down button for the Table.
  • Continue holding the button until the digital display reads 18.5.
  1. Reset Additional Components:
  • Backrest: Press the down button for 2 seconds, even if the backrest is already fully lowered.
  • Seat: Press the down button for 2 seconds, even if the seat is already fully lowered.
  • Leg Plate: Press and hold the down button until the leg plate fully retracts and stops moving.

Step 3: Verifying the Reset

  1. Confirm the digital display remains at 18.5.
  2. Test the table’s functionality:
    • Use the Table Up/Down controls to ensure normal movement has been restored.

Notes

  • The reset process must be followed exactly as described to ensure successful resolution.
  • If the table still does not reset or error codes persist, the table may have a physical malfunction. Please contact us in this instance.
  • Safety mechanisms are designed to protect the equipment. Always ensure the area under the table is clear before operation.
